University of Szeged, Albert Szent-Györgyi Faculty of Medicine in Szeged, Hungary, Dönem V Tıp Fakültesi Öğrencisi Stj. Dr. Péter Kozák, Genel Cerrahi Anabilim Dalında, Temmuz 2023 boyunca, eğitim, pratik ve akademik amaçlı olarak çalışmak üzere, The International Federation of Medical Students Associations (IFMSA) kapsamında, Fakültemiz Cerrahi Tıp Bilimleri Bölüm Başkanı, Genel Cerrahi Anabilim Dalı Kurucu Başkanı ve Klinik Eğitim Sorumlusu Prof. Dr. İlker Şengül tarafından Genel Cerrahi Stajına kabul edilmiştir.
Bu bağlamda; Fakültemiz Cerrahi Tıp Bilimleri Bölüm Başkanı, Genel Cerrahi Kliniği Eğitim Sorumlusu Prof. Dr. İlker Şengül, Fakültemiz Dekan Yardımcısı ve Genel Cerrahi Anabilim Dalı Öğretim Üyesi Doç. Dr. Tuğrul Kesicioğlu, Öğretim Üyeleri Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Ali Muhtaroğlu ve Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Furkan Ali Uygur, Uluslararası Stajer Öğrencimiz Stj. Dr. Péter Kozák ile birlikte Fakültemiz Dekanı Sayın Prof. Dr. Erdal Ağar’a, Makamında nezaket ziyaretinde bulunmuşlardır.
Daha önceki yıllarda da yine Prof. Dr. İlker Şengül tarafından, TurkMSIC Yurtiçi Staj Değişimi kapsamında; İstanbul Marmara Üniversitesi, Ankara Üniversitesi, Kayseri Erciyes Üniversitesi, Kıbrıs Yakın Doğu Üniversitesi, Mersin Üniversitesi, Karadeniz Teknik Üniversitesi gibi birçok Ulusal Tıp Fakültesinden ilk ulusal ve IFMSA kapsamında Aralık 2018 ve Ocak 2019’da the School of Medicine, Universidade de Uberaba (UNIUBE), Uberaba, MG, Brasil ve the School of Medicine, University of Kenyatta, Nairobi, Kenya, ilk uluslararası ziyaretçi öğrenciler (Internsip) kabul edilmiş ve Genel Cerrahi Anabilim Dalında tamamladıkları stajları sonrasında kendilerine katılım belgeleri verilmişti.

Intern Péter Kozák, was accepted to General Surgery Internship Programme by Prof. Ilker Sengul, M.D., Head of the Department of Surgical Sciences, Founder Head of the Department of General Surgery and the Coordinator of Clinical Education in Surgery, within the scope of The International Federation of Medical Students Associations (IFMSA), to work at the Department of General Surgery throughout July 2023 for educational, practical and academic purposes.
In this context; Prof. Ilker Sengul, M.D., Head of the Department of Surgical Sciences of our Faculty, Education Coordinator of the General Surgery Clinic; Assoc. Prof. Tuğrul Kesicioglu, M.D., Vice-Dean of our Faculty, and Staff of the Department of General Surgery; and the Staff of Assist. Prof. Ali Muhtaroglu, M.D., and Assist. Prof. Furkan Ali Uygur, M.D., visited our Dean of the Faculty, Dear Prof. Erdal Agar, Ph.D., in his Office together with Intern Peter Kozák, our International Trainee Student.
In previous years, the first national students, from many National Medical Faculties such as Istanbul Marmara University, Ankara University, Kayseri Erciyes University, Cyprus Near East University, Mersin University, Karadeniz Technical University, within the scope of TurkMSIC Domestic Internship Exchange, and the first international visiting students (Internship) from the School of Medicine, Universidade de Uberaba (UNIUBE), Uberaba, MG, Brasil and the School of Medicine, University of Kenyatta, Nairobi, Kenya, on December 2018 and January 2019 within the scope of IFMSA were accepted by Prof. Ilker Sengul, M.D., and they were given certificates of participation after they completed their Internship Programme at the Department of General Surgery of our Faculty.
